Visitor Experience Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days from 7
Weekend/evening work will be essential
Salary: £32,000
Aberdeen Science Centre is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Visitor Experience Manager to create memorable and high-quality outings for all our guests.
In this role, the successful candidate will drive income and admissions growth by maximising opportunities across ticket sales, events, birthday parties, and retail.
As a central figure in achieving our commercial and engagement goals, you will ensure excellence in customer service, programming, staffing, and team leadership. You’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences that attract and engage our visitors.
We’re looking for someone who can maintain the highest standards, support team performance, and help us achieve and sustain our 5-star Quality Assurance status

STEM Communicator
We are seeking STEM Communicators to interact with all visitors in a friendly, outgoing manner ensuring they have a 5* experience at all times. This flexible role will cover engagements on the exhibition floor, delivering shows, workshops and birthday parties, and to support the development of all programmes
Salary: £12.60 per/hour
Hours: 7.5 or 15 hours contracts – Saturday and/or Sunday
Weekends only with overtime avaialable during school holidays.
